An intimate mood is set by this combination of tenor Sax and guitar and it works nicely.
"Lulu's Back In Town" is my choice on this album. Tallitsch plays cool
changes on the sax and Manley's guitar comps in a most apropos manner befitting the intent of the arrangement. Dave Manley's guitar solo is a gem despite the lack of a rhythm section.
This is a low key album and it is gentle on the auditory senses and that
makes for an interesting listening experience...
