CD Reviews: Royce Campbell..Elegy To A Friend..Moon Cycle Records 2006

This record is a departure from the usual stylistic endeavors of
guitarist Campbell. The 8 tracks on this album are all originals by
Royce Campbell, save track 2. It's difficult to categorize this music.
Perhaps a bit of avant garde in the mix.
Campbell is a versatile guitarist indeed, however, his other recordings
have more of a swinging quality to them than this CD.
